As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a CMRAO Licensed Condominium Property Manager to join our residential property management team. This is an immediate opening for an existing vacancy. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio in a respectful and collaborative work environment that supports professional growth and development.
What's the Role...
As a CMRAO Licensed Condominium Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of condominium communities throughout the Niagara Region. Working closely with condominium boards, residents, contractors, and internal team members, you will ensure the effective operation and maintenance of assigned properties while delivering exceptional customer service.
This is a hybrid position based out of our St. Catharines office. While the majority of your work can be performed remotely, candidates must be available to attend the office and conduct property site visits as required, typically 1–2 days per week. Candidates residing in Hamilton, Burlington, Niagara Region, and surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of condominium corporations throughout the Niagara Region.
- Attend Board Meetings and Annual General Meetings.
- Prepare management reports, meeting packages, and correspondence.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital projects.
- Build positive relationships with directors, owners, residents, and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with condominium legislation and governing documents.
- Assist with budgeting, financial review, and contract administration.
- Respond to resident inquiries and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
To Excel in This Role, You'll Need
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in business, property management, or a related field.
- A CMRAO Limited or General Licence in good standing.
- 2+ years of condominium property management experience.
- Strong knowledge of condominium operations, building maintenance, financial management, budgeting, and applicable legislation.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A customer-focused approach with strong relationship-management skills.
- A valid driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle.
- Willingness to travel throughout the Niagara Region as required.
