Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to oversee and drive various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Duties
- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans using tools such as Basecamp and Confluence to monitor progress and ensure timely completion.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners to achieve project goals.
- Utilize Multiple Apps and systems for tracking project issues and changes, ensuring effective change management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement project management methodologies to streamline processes and enhance team collaboration.
- Facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and accountability among team members.
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of various project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in insurance rebuild systems for tracking customer interactions related to projects.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with change management principles and practices is preferred.
- Experience in vendor management and maintaining productive relationships with external partners is an asset.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for stakeholder engagement.
- A degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
