Brief Description
We are looking to add another skilled and experienced Trim / Finish Carpenter to our team at First Capital Construction. The position of Trim / Finish Carpenter is a full time, year round position. Must have the ability to work independently or as part of team on residential and commercial projects.
Hours
- FT (40+), Permanent – Monday to Friday
Tasks
- New home construction
- Renovations and repairs to existing buildings
- Finish and Trim Carpentry; baseboards, casing, interior doors
- Window and door installs
- Flooring installation
- Cabinet installation
Working Conditions
- This is a permanent, full time, year-round position
- Outdoor and indoor work sites
- Heavy lifting may be required
- Wage will be based on experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior experience in Finish and Trim Carpentry
- Can read and interpret construction plans including blueprints, layouts, technical details and drawings
- Has basic hand tools, tool belt and safety footwear
- Driver’s License required
