Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using Office software
- Assist with billing and invoicing
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting staff as needed
- Ensure proper phone etiquette and professional communication at all times
- Help with laundry and other clinic duties
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently
- Familiarity with filing systems and document management processes
- Computer literacy with good overall computer skills for various administrative functions
