Coast2Coast First Aid & Aquatics is the leading Safety Training Provider in Canada offering different courses such as First Aid, CPR, First Responder, Security and other training courses.
Every year, we train tens of thousands of students, support workplaces and organizations with safety training, and help people build the confidence to respond in emergencies.
Now, we’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can help us tell that story better.
This role is for someone who understands that social media is not just about posting content. It is about building trust, creating helpful and engaging campaigns, growing a brand, supporting business goals, and using both organic and paid strategies to reach the right people.
What You’ll Do
You will help lead and execute Coast2Coast’s social media strategy across multiple platforms, audiences, cities, and course types.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing Coast2Coast’s social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
- Planning and executing monthly content calendars
- Creating engaging captions, hooks, campaign ideas, and content briefs
- Developing content for public First Aid/CPR courses, private/corporate training, instructor courses, student education, company updates, and brand awareness
- Creating or coordinating graphics, short-form videos, reels, stories, and other social content
- Using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
- Planning and managing paid social media campaigns, especially Meta Ads for Facebook and Instagram
- Testing different creatives, audiences, offers, hooks, and campaign angles
- Tracking results and improving campaigns based on performance
- Supporting recruitment and employer-brand content for instructors and team members
- Identifying social media trends and turning them into relevant, on-brand content
- Using AI tools to improve content creation, research, reporting, and workflow efficiency
- Working with our marketing, SEO, Google Ads, customer service, and operations teams to align campaigns with business goals
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone creative, organized, and performance-minded.
The ideal candidate has:
- 3+ years of professional social media marketing experience
- Strong experience managing organic social media accounts
- Experience with Meta Ads, including Facebook and Instagram advertising
- Strong understanding of content strategy, storytelling, hooks, captions, and audience engagement
- Experience creating content for service-based businesses, education, training, healthcare, fitness, safety, or similar industries
- Strong copywriting skills
- Comfort working with photo, video, and design tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar platforms
- Experience reviewing analytics and reporting on social media performance
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, regions, and priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- A proactive mindset and willingness to bring new ideas forward
- Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT and other marketing tools to improve efficiency and creativity
