Job Overview
We are seeking skilled Exterior Painters. You will prepare and paint outdoor surfaces of residential and commercial buildings. Your work will protect structures from weather and ensure a high-quality visual finish.Key Responsibilities
- Prepare outdoor surfaces by scraping, sanding, and power washing.
- Repair imperfections using caulk, putty, and external fillers.
- Protect surrounding areas using drop cloths, tape, and plastic sheeting.
- Apply paints, stains, and protective coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
- Operate ladders, scaffolding, and motorized lift equipment safely.
- Clean work sites daily and maintain painting equipment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 years of professional exterior painting experience.
- Physical Strength: Ability to lift 50 lbs and work standing for long periods.
- Heights: Comfortable working on high ladders and scaffolding.
- Reliability: Punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable transport to job sites is a bonus
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
