We're placing experienced, Manitoba-licensed RNs on travel contracts across Northern Manitoba from June through November 2026. If you live for the fast pace, think on your feet, and you're ready to take your skills somewhere they truly matter, we may something worth your time.
- $60/hr (INC) competitive travel nursing rates
- $45-$60 per diem on top of your hourly
- All flights, ground transport, and accommodations covered
- Flexible contract lengths short bursts or extended placements, your call

Role :
You'll function as a skilled, autonomous clinician in a fast-paced outpost/ED environment:
- Triaging and assessing patients using CTAS protocol
- Stabilizing critically ill patients prior to transfer to regional or tertiary care
- Hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac rhythm interpretation, and managing deteriorating patients
- Assisting with procedures including intubation and central line insertion
- IV access, blood draws, EKGs, NG insertion, medication administration
- Accurate EMR documentation
- Coordinating and accompanying ambulance transfers when required
- Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Requirements:
- Active RN license - College of Nurses of Manitoba (no restrictions)
- Minimum 1 year (2500 hours) of ED or Primary Care experience
- Current ACLS, TNCC, and CTAS certifications
- CPR Level C (within the past year)
- Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sectors (or willingness to obtain)
- Comfort with remote, rural living and working you genuinely enjoy being off the beaten path
- Adaptability, strong communication, and a team-first attitude
- PALS is an asset but not required
- EDIS is an asset but not required
