We are seeking a friendly and professional Door Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive and depart, providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Monitor the entrance area to ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure seamless guest services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance area to uphold a professional appearance.
- Assist in cleaning and bussing tables, seating guests
- Security License is an strong asset
Skills
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
