The Role: As a Crew Lead, you will be the heartbeat of our field operations. You’ll lead a small team (1–2 gardeners) to maintain and evolve beautiful outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves working outdoors and takes pride in high-quality horticultural work.
Core Responsibilities:
- Horticultural Care: Perform expert weeding, pruning, dead-heading, and grooming of garden beds.
- Plant Management: Dividing, transplanting, and the care of bedding plants and containers.
- Soil Health: Soil amending, moisture monitoring, including the application of compost and mulch.
- Leadership: Mentor and guide 1–2 less experienced gardeners on your team to ensure quality and efficiency.
