Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various commercial or institutional spaces. This role is essential in creating a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for clients, staff, and visitors. Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals committed to high standards of cleanliness. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas according to established standards
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently to ensure optimal results
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to company policies regarding sanitation standards and confidentiality when applicable
Qualifications
- Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety procedures is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions effectively
