2THETOP ROOFING is looking for ambitious individuals to join our sales force who are eager to build their skillsets. We teach through our hands-on training program in-demand skills, including sales and customer acquisition strategies.
We provide professional and personal training sessions. We develop our management and leadership team internally in order to provide hands-on opportunities for growth within the company. This internal development allows us to attract and retain ambitious team members who learn to perform at a high level while providing accelerating career opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Approach customers door to door
- High ticket roofing sales
- Handle customer inquiries
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base on the products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service/sales is considered an asset
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Coachable and eager to learn with a great attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,000.00-$5,000.00 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Direct sales: 1 year (preferred)
