Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting marketing initiatives through data analysis, customer data management, and campaign execution.
In this role, you'll use data to help inform marketing decisions, maintain and optimize customer databases, and track the performance of marketing initiatives. You'll also contribute to the development of marketing content and materials and collaborate closely with our marketing and design teams to bring campaigns to life.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented junior marketing professional who enjoys working with both data and creative projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
This role is based onsite Monday to Friday at our Richmond, BC office. Candidates must be able to commute to our office or able to relocate in order to be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply advanced Excel expertise to develop reports, perform data analysis, and monitor key marketing metrics
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement
- Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer data
- Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to optimize marketing strategies
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital and print initiatives
- Design and edit marketing materials using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
- Write and edit engaging content across multiple marketing channels
- Coordinate and oversee marketing projects, ensuring deadlines and brand consistency are met
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the execution of calendar programs
- Assist in organizing events and trade shows
Required Experience and Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar Marketing Coordinator or similar role with demonstrated exposure to data analysis, data management and reporting
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and data management; Salesforce experience is an asset
- Experience using email management platforms; Constant Contact experience is an asset
- Experience supporting paid digital advertising campaigns, audience targeting, and performance optimization; Google Ads and Meta experience is an asset
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
- Excellent written communication skills, including strong grammar, spelling and attention to tone and clarity
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Compensation: The salary range for this role is $50,000-$55,000 annually. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience and skill level.
