The Opportunity
As an experienced HVAC Service Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to a large and diverse residential customer base. You will work with a wide range of advanced heating, cooling, and water systems, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and efficiency.
This role is ideal for a driven technician who enjoys solving problems, building strong customer relationships, and working with modern technologies in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems and related equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications and applicable codes
- Ensure all systems operate safely and efficiently, providing residential customers with clear guidance on system use and preventive maintenance
- Build strong, professional relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service and technical expertise
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that enhance system performance and customer comfort
- Collaborate with a supportive and experienced team committed to continuous improvement and high standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold best practices in safety, compliance, and workmanship
What You Bring
- Certification as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (313D)**Required**
- Valid Gas Technician II license and Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) certification
- Solid field experience servicing HVAC and water heating systems
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A dependable, professional approach with a strong sense of accountability
- A continuous learning mindset and comfort working with evolving technologies
- Valid driver’s license with a commitment to maintaining a professional and safe work environment
