Pine Acres RV is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated and organized Parts Associate to join our team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, helping customers, and being part of a strong, supportive team—this could be the perfect fit.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing RV parts and accessories
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking parts
- Maintain an organized and clean parts department
- Work closely with service technicians to source required parts
- Process transactions through POS system
- Ensure accurate record keeping and inventory control
Qualifications:
- Previous parts or customer service experience (RV, automotive, or retail is an asset)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Basic computer skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn
