This posting is for our Site Supervisors, people who have a minimum of 3 years of schooling in a trade and/or have minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry. This person will also be looking to grow their leadership skills and advance quickly.

Job Responsibilities:
- Work onsite leading a team to accomplish the project assigned. Projects include framing, demolition, insulation, siding, finishing, cabinetry among other things.
- Read drawings, scope of work, and communicate with Project Manager.
- Problem solve issues that arise on the jobsite.
- Ensure materials and tools needed are on site.
- Ensure high quality of work.
- Give direction and manage Crew Members and Site Seconds to keep them busy and scheduled.
- Any other tasks throughout the day.
- Coordinate and work alongside other Site Supervisors.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
- Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent.
- Advanced knowledge of carpentry or related field in the construction industry.
- Ability to work and problem solve independently of supervision.
- Clear sense of direction and understanding within projects and tasks that are given.
- Strong work ethic.
- Respectful and punctual.
- Ability to respond well to leadership and direction.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
