Responsibilities
- Assist with the construction of post-frame and rough-in building projects
- Complete framing work for residential, commercial, agricultural, and storage structures
- Install windows, doors, and related building components
- Perform metal roofing and exterior siding installations
- Operate construction equipment such as skid steers, forklifts, and telehandlers
- Read and follow project plans, layouts, and site instructions
- Work safely at heights using ladders, lifts, and fall protection equipment

Qualifications
- Journeyman Carpenter certification preferred
- 3+ years of general construction experience
- Experience with residential, agricultural, or commercial construction is an asset
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, and repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to work at heights and on ladders
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used in construction
- Valid driver's license
