Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behaviour Analyst (Ont), BCBA to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in developing and implementing individualized behavioral intervention plans for children with developmental and behavioral challenges. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families by providing expert behavioral support within a collaborative clinical environment. The BCBA will oversee data collection, progress monitoring, and ensure compliance with best practices in behavior analysis.
Duties
- Design, implement, and supervise behavior intervention plans tailored to each child's needs, ensuring they align with best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify behavioral goals and develop effective treatment strategies.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to client progress to inform treatment adjustments.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMRs) documenting all client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Provide training and ongoing support to caregivers and staff on behavior management techniques.
- Stay current with advancements in ABA methodologies, ethical standards, and relevant medical terminology to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Participate in regular team meetings, case reviews, and supervision sessions to ensure quality care.
Skills
- Proven experience working with children in clinical or educational settings, especially those with developmental or behavioral needs.
- Excellent communication skills for effectively interacting with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to behavioral health services.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMRs) for documentation and data management.
- Skilled in data collection methods for tracking behavioral progress and treatment efficacy.

Pay: From $72,000.00 per year
