Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behaviour Analyst (Ont), BCBA to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in developing and implementing individualized behavioral intervention plans for children with developmental and behavioral challenges. The BCBA will oversee data collection, progress monitoring, and ensure compliance with best practices in behavior analysis.
Duties
- Design, implement, and supervise behavior intervention plans tailored to each child's needs, ensuring they align with best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify behavioral goals and develop effective treatment strategies.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to client progress to inform treatment adjustments.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMRs) documenting all client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Provide training and ongoing support to caregivers and staff on behavior management techniques.
- Stay current with advancements in ABA methodologies, ethical standards, and relevant medical terminology to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Participate in regular team meetings, case reviews, and supervision sessions to ensure quality care.
Skills
- Proven experience working with children in clinical or educational settings, especially those with developmental or behavioral needs.
- Excellent communication skills for effectively interacting with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to behavioral health services.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMRs) for documentation and data management.
- Skilled in data collection methods for tracking behavioral progress and treatment efficacy.

Pay: From $72,000.00 per year
