Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work in the health and fitness industry? Body Tempo, a private health and fitness studio in Nanaimo, is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team for the role of Admin, Customer Service, Sales & Marketing Assistant.
As our ideal candidate, you possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with a passion for health and wellness. You enjoy working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and are committed to providing top-notch customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Managing phone and email communications
- Client onboarding, follow-ups and ongoing relations
- Scheduling and appointment management
- Direct support to CEO/Owner
- CRM system management
- Social media management, including content creation and engagement
- Payment processing
- Manual and document updates
- Basic reporting
- Inventory management
Preferred Qualifications include (but not required):
- Successful completion of an accredited office administration program (ABT / OADM)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and client relation management skills
- Proficient in Google docs, Google sheets, Mac, iPhone, iOS, Canva
- Experience in social media management
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes
- Passion for holistic health and wellness-based lifestyle
- Professional demeanor
- Experience in administrative, executive assistant or customer service roles is preferred but not required
