About the Role
YOTEA is a fresh fruit tea shop located in Richmond, BC. We are hiring Part-Time Team Members to support daily store operations, including customer service, drink preparation, fruit prep, cleaning, stocking, and teamwork.
This role is suitable for someone who is responsible, efficient, detail-oriented, and willing to follow SOPs in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
Shift hours
Afternoon shift: 11:00 AM / 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM
Night shift: 5:30 PM to Close (approx. 12 AM)
Main Responsibilities

Prepare fruit teas, milk teas, pure teas, toppings, and ingredients according to company recipes and SOPs

Provide friendly customer service, take orders, and answer basic menu questions

Keep work areas, equipment, and the store clean, organized, and food-safe

Restock cups, fruit, toppings, tea, packaging, and other supplies during shifts

Support opening, closing, cleaning, and shift handover tasks

Work closely with teammates, Shift Leads, and Managers during regular and busy service hours
Requirements

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Must be available for part-time, long-term work
-
Must be able to work on weekends and holidays as needed

Must submit weekly availability on time for scheduling

Responsible, punctual, and able to follow instructions
-
Able to stand for long periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
-
Previous bubble tea, café, restaurant, or food service experience is an asset, but not required
-
English is required; Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset

主要工作内容

按照公司配方和 SOP 制作果茶、奶茶、纯茶、配料及相关原料

提供友善、专业的顾客服务，协助点单并回答基础菜单问题

保持工作区域、设备和门店环境干净、整洁、符合食品安全要求

班中及时补充杯子、水果、配料、茶底、包装等物料

协助开店、收店、清洁、垃圾整理和交接班工作

配合领班和管理人员安排，在高峰期支援不同岗位
岗位要求

必须具备在加拿大合法工作的资格

可长期兼职工作

可按需在工作日、周末，公众假期，以及配合门店需求上班

需要按时提交每周可上班时间，方便门店排班

有责任感、守时，愿意按照标准和指示完成工作

能长时间站立，并适应较快节奏的餐饮工作环境

有奶茶店、咖啡店、餐厅或食品服务经验者优先，但不是必须
-
需要基础英文沟通能力；会普通话或粤语更佳
