We specialize in onsite and in-shop residential and commercial glass, mirror, window, hardware and custom shower installations. M & T Glass requires a Service Coordinator. You will be responsible for supporting our clients to schedule appointments with Estimators, Install teams as well as help us offer and explain the scope of our services to potential clients.
What you will be doing:
- Create an exceptional experience for our clients by engaging in positive conversations to help understand the clients needs and offer them our services
- Ensure the highest level of quality customer service, especially when dealing with upset customers
- Gain sufficient industry knowledge to ensure personal and corporate growth
- Schedule installation appointments with the customer and installation crews assigned to the area
- Meet weekly and monthly goals that will be provided by the Operations team
- Generate and send end-of-day reports to management which includes tracking the monetary amount that is scheduled daily and reschedule installations accordingly
Who We're looking for:
- An all star who is passionate about helping people with their personal and business needs
- Someone with very strong communication and interpersonal skills (including both oral and written skill sets)
- Has scheduling and installation or home improvement experience
- Has a Sense of urgency in identifying quick resolution to issues presented
- Has knowledge of elements of the construction industry would be considered an asset
