Join One of BC's Fast-Growing Automotive Sales Teams
We're looking for an experienced BDC Subprime Sales Representative who has worked in car dealership and understands the subprime customer journey.
This is not an entry-level customer service position.
Your primary responsibility is to call new leads immediately, build rapport, keep customers engaged, collect required documents, and help move customers through the sales process until they arrive at the dealership or complete their purchase.

What You'll Do
- Contact every new lead as soon as it's received.
- Make and receive 40–50+ calls per day.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the buying process.
- Keep customers engaged through regular follow-up by phone, text message, and email.
- Collect required documents, including:
- Driver's Licence
- Pay Stub
- Proof of Income
- Proof of Address
- Any additional documents requested by lenders
- Prepare complete customer files for the Finance Manager.
- Enter accurate customer information into Dealertrack and the CRM.
- Reactivate older leads and convert them into active opportunities.
- Work closely with the Finance Managers and Sales Team to keep deals moving.
- Maintain detailed notes on every customer interaction.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from the first call through vehicle delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience working at an automotive dealership.
- Previous experience in BDC, Automotive Sales, Finance Office, or Sales Support.
- Strong understanding of the subprime automotive sales process.
- Comfortable speaking with credit-challenged customers.
- Confident making 40–50+ calls per day.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience using Dealertrack or another automotive CRM.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented.
- Valid Driver's Licence required.
- VSA License is an asset.
Compensation
- $22 per hour
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Performance-based commission

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
