Bartender / Barman(maid) – Full Time

We are currently looking for a full-time Bartender who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about hospitality, cocktails, and guest experience.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, attentive, and capable of providing outstanding bar service in a high-volume restaurant setting. You will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by preparing quality beverages, maintaining an organized bar environment, and delivering efficient, polished, and welcoming service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive bar service throughout their experience
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to restaurant standards
- Provide beverage, wine, cocktail, and menu recommendations
- Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Veloce
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards behind the bar and in service areas
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with bar restocking as needed
- Handle cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately
- Upsell cocktails, wine, spirits, and featured menu items
- Assist servers and support the floor team during busy service periods
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
- Assist with opening and closing bar duties
- Address guest inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
- Bilingualism (French and English) is considered a strong asset
- Experience with Veloce or similar POS systems is advantageous
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Authorized to work in Canada
