Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef De Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and cooking, with experience in food preparation and handling. As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment while adhering to food safety standards. Your expertise will contribute to creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean work environment
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Experience in meal preparation, serving, and overall food service is a plus

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
