Responsibilities
- Dispense prescription medications accurately while adhering to legal and safety standards

- Monitor patient responses to prescribed therapies and adjust medication regimens as necessary
- Maintain comprehensive records of medication dispensing, patient interactions, and inventory management

- Educate patients on proper medication administration, storage, and safety precautions
Requirements
- Valid pharmacist license in good standing with relevant licensing authorities
- Hospital experience or acute care experience preferred, with a strong understanding of inpatient pharmacy operations
- Experience working with pediatric patients or in pediatric care settings is highly desirable
- Knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration protocols, and pharmacy software systems
- Demonstrated commitment to patient care with excellent communication skills
