Cafe ANECDOTE is a start up company founded on the mentality of “I can do it better”.
Opening its first (hopefully not the last) location in the West Broadway Vancouver. Our main goal is to serve people with healthy and delicious foods and drinks.
Now, we are looking for a Barista who able to bake products. Responsible, passionate about coffee and just fun people to join our small team.

- Education: no degree, certificate or diploma
- A minimum of 1 years of barista experience as a Barista
- Bake mixed dough and batters
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
- Prepare special orders
- Restocking bakery display
- Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Food safety/handling skills
- Maintaining an inventory record for baking supplies
- Comprehensive knowledge of espresso extraction, and latte art
- Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and maintain a high level of efficiency in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $17.85-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 24 per week
