Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Medical Spa Manager to oversee daily operations at our medical spa. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of service procedures, and experience managing a team in a hygenic environment. This role involves coordinating staff, ensuring exceptional service, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and managing administrative functions to ensure smooth spa operations. The Medical Spa Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering a welcoming atmosphere while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the medical spa, including scheduling, client flow, staff management
- Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development
- Manage electronic records systems ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate with professionals to ensure compliance with healthcare & provincial regulations and safety protocols
- Maintain inventory levels for supplies and equipment; oversee budgeting and expense management
- Ensure all staff adhere to standards and proper documentation procedures
- Implement policies to improve patient experience and operational efficiency
- Monitor spa performance metrics and prepare reports for executive review
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing an esthetician or medi/non medi spa ; Licenced (in MB) with 2 years experience is highly desirable, who is eligible for others to apprentice.
- Strong knowledge of electronic records systems (spa software).
- license or certification from Manitoba.
- Experience supervising staff within a professional environment including human resources responsibilities
- Background in budgeting, financial management, or related administrative functions
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in recordkeeping and operational processes
- Prior experience working as a manger in any reputed spa minimum 1 year (inside Canada).

Pay: $19.00-$26.00 per hour
