The Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a Detail and Customization Supervisor for our Cam Clark Ford dealership in North Vancouver, BC.

Reporting to the General Manager and Service Manager, the Offsite Car Wash, Detail & Accessories Department Supervisor plays a key role in supporting the Service Department, CCF Oasis Car Wash & Customization Centre. This role is focused on ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high-quality standards, supporting business growth, and delivering outstanding customer experience.
What you will be accountable for:
- Oversee daily operations of the offsite car wash and detail department.

Ensure both retail and internal volume targets are met and exceeded.

Drive business growth, with a focus on retail sales and customer acquisition.

Lead, manage, and develop a team of 4-5 detail staff, ensuring high standards of performance and customer service.

Train and mentor staff in advanced detailing techniques, including power polish, paint protection, and rock guard applications.

Act as a retail advisor, selling detail packages and aftermarket products, driving revenue growth.

Foster a culture of teamwork, efficiency, and a high standard of quality in all detailing work.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned; additional duties may be added or modified from time to time based on operational needs and business requirements.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Proven experience as a retail advisor, preferably in automotive or detailing industries.

Strong leadership skills, with experience managing a team of detailers.

Extensive knowledge of detailing services, from basic washes to advanced paint protection and customization.

Sales-driven mindset, with a passion for customer service and upselling.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and drive business growth with passion for automotive, personalization, and customization.

Operational experiences (minimum 1-2 years)

Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean Driver’s Abstract.
