We are seeking an administrative assistant to join our team.
Your duties will include:
Administrative Tasks:
o Uploading and updating listings on MLS
o Preparing offers and listing documents using WebForms (TransactionDesk)
o Booking appointments and tracking confirmations – following up where required
o Coordinating schedules and keeping office files organized
o Expense tracking
Marketing/Social Media:
o Creating flyers and other marketing materials and organizing distribution of marketing materials (Canva/Mailchimps etc.)
o Updating social media and websites with new listings (Facebook/Instagram, little red book, wechat etc.)
o Managing social media advertising
o Creating and sending marketing emails
Listing Preparation:
o Co-ordinating listing property set-up/preparation, such as booking /coordinating /scheduling photographers and other third parties
o Co-ordinating or installing/ removing signs and lockboxes
o Assisting with open houses
Client Relationship Maintenance:
o Managing client database
o Working with online CRMs
o Ensuring all required paperwork/documents are collected and completed correctly
o Following up and responding to emails
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
