Duties
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and health history to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Administer various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage, tailored to individual client requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment progress and any adjustments needed during sessions.
- Document client sessions accurately in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as necessary to enhance client care.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- Valid certification as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT).
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear interactions with clients and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as required by client demand.
