As we continue to expand our product lines to the global market base, we find ourselves in need of a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler / Order Picker to support daily operations within our manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of materials throughout the shop.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accurately pick, stage, and move materials to support production requirements
- Maintain organized inventory and storage areas
- Ensure picked job materials are delivered to workstations in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist with receiving, labeling, and stocking incoming materials
- Monitor material levels and communicate shortages or issues proactively
- Support overall shop flow by anticipating material needs ahead of time
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Support other departments when required
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with team members
- Reliable, consistent attendance and a strong work ethic
- Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with different roles in the shop
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Be physically fit and able to lift 40kg
- Tow motor/Forklift experience is an asset
- Computer literate
