Full Job Description:
- Constructing Concepts has been in business since 2005, we are currently looking for a team leader, someone who is proactive, an effective problem solver, creative, and a quick thinker.
An ideal candidate is someone that takes great pride in their work, someone that has the ability to think big picture. This person should be passionate and someone that is always striving to do things better.
It's important that we care about the finished product equally as much as we care about the relationships we build with our customers.
Skills Required:
- Organized individual with the ability to plan ahead.
- 6-10 years of carpentry experience, and leadership experience.
- Good Communication skills and able to deal with Clients, Team, Trades, etc. in a positive manner.
- Valid Driver's License and your own vehicle.
Must Have Experience:
- Home Renovations
- Finish Carpentry
- Tile Installation. (Walls and Floors.)
- Flooring
- Door and Trim Installations.
- Drywall, mudding, and painting.
***Must be familiar with all types of residential renovations. (Kitchens, Bathrooms, Basements, etc. ) It's critical to show respect for customers homes, as well as all other individuals we work with daily.
INCENTIVES:
There is potential for bonus pay/commission to be paid on projects that are profitable to the company and completed on time. This will be job specific.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
