Our properties, including Twin Falls Lodge and Thompson's Resort, offer unique outdoor experiences with access to secluded fly-in fishing lakes.
Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team at Thompson's Resort. Located in the heart of nature, this role is vital in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. As a dockhand/fishing guide, you will contribute to making our guests fishing experience the best it can be! We provide free shared accommodations and free meals. Enjoy the lake on your time off with one of our boats for $10.00 as an employee of Thompsons Resort!
Responsibilities
- Must be able to consistency lift 25-50lbs
- Preparing boats for guests as a dock hand, stocking and refueling
- Provide excellent customer service
- Practice safety standards around the docks at all times
- Flexible schedule, fishing guides may be asked to guide last minute
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
