THE ROLE
As a key member of the Vanee Farm Centre Inc. team the Setup & Delivery Technician will report to the Service
Manager and will be responsible to provide quality customer service in a professional and profitable manner to Vanee
Farm Centre Inc. customers. We are looking for an individual who has attention to detail, works well on a team, is a self-
starter with a positive outlook and is committed to maintaining a clean and safe work area. The ideal candidate will be
expected to:
- Assemble, inspect, and prepare new and used equipment for customer delivery, ensuring all units meet dealership
quality and safety standards.
- Diagnose, repair, and recondition customer-owned and dealership equipment to maintain optimal performance
and reliability.
- Perform equipment setup, testing, and pre-delivery inspections to verify proper operation and customer readiness.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to support equipment demonstrations, customer deliveries, and product
knowledge initiatives.
- Work closely with the Parts department to identify required components, manage parts requests, and ensure
timely completion of repairs and service work.
- Maintain accurate service records, repair documentation, and inventory-related information in accordance with
dealership procedures.
- Provide professional customer service by answering technical questions, explaining equipment operation and
maintenance requirements, and assisting with parts and service sales opportunities.
