Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Infant Toddler Head Teacher (ECE-IT) to lead our 1–3 program in a nurturing, child centered environment. We provide high quality care for children aged 1–5 in a bright, spacious new facility and are committed to a warm, inclusive learning environment where children thrive.

Responsibilities
- This leadership role involves classroom management, curriculum planning, mentoring assistant teachers, and building positive relationships with families.
- Lead and manage the Infant Toddler Montessori classroom (12–36 months)
- Implement age-appropriate curriculum, guide and support children in their early learning journey, fostering both developmental progress and personal growth.
- Maintain a prepared Montessori classroom , coordinate classroom routines and contribute to school wide events and programming
- Observe and document children's development
- Provide leadership within the classroom and offer guidance to assistants, support staff, and practicum students when needed
- Communicate effectively with parents and families
Qualifications:
- Valid ECE- IT Certificate (BC)
- Criminal Record Check clearance
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Minimum three years of Infant Toddler Head Teacher teaching experience
- Holding a Montessori Certification is considered a strong asset and may contribute to a more competitive compensation
