We are looking for a Bilingual Guest Service Agent to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in guest relations and be comfortable with phone systems. This is a part-time position, leading to a full time position.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
