As an Assembler at Peerless Electric Co. LTD, you will play a vital role in the production of our superior luminaries. Located in Cornwall, ON, this position is essential to ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship, contributing to our legacy of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Assemble lighting products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Connect electrical drivers and ballasts, perform wiring, test electrically
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete assembly tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and production timelines.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Assist in the fabrication of components as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in assembly or manufacturing roles is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for working with tools.
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools is essential.
- Ability to operate a forklift is an asset but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
