Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a thorough understanding of construction management processes. This role is vital in ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Site Supervisor will coordinate teams, manage resources, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth workflow
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide project execution
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 for scheduling, documentation, and project tracking
- Monitor quality control standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and assist with construction estimating as needed
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety inspections to maintain a safe work environment
- Oversee progress meetings with stakeholders and communicate updates effectively
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes, regulations, and company policies
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in commercial or residential construction projects
- Strong background in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6
- Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and control project costs effectively
- Excellent understanding of quality control procedures within the construction industry
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately
- Prior experience in coordinating multiple teams and managing project timelines successfully

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
