We are looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and confident in English communication to support our front desk, client service, document processing, scheduling, CRM updates, and daily office operations.
Main responsibilities include:
- Welcoming clients and responding to phone, email, and social media inquiries
- Assisting with RCMP criminal record checks, passport photos, translation, oaths, notarization, and apostille services
- Client information entry, document scanning, filing, payments, and daily records
- Supporting CRM updates, client source tracking, Google Reviews, social media posting, and basic promotional tasks
Requirements:
- Fluent English communication
- Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures
- Comfortable with computers and common office software
- Previous experience in front desk, customer service, education, immigration, or administration is an asset
