Lee Specialty Seals is looking for an energetic, self driven, Inside sales Representative to assist customers in purchasing all types of seals, industrial supplies, welding supplies, safety supplies and oil and greases.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license
Previous sales experience an asset
Previous knowledge of seals, industrial and safety supplies an asset
Ability to use a computer, learn our inventory and sales system to efficiently and accurately enter orders
Experience using Autocad or other drawing programs an asset
Grade 12 Diploma
Key responsibilities:
Enhance a strong relationship with new and existing customers with good communication skills
Greet walk-in customers with a pleasant demeanor and identify the proper products that they are looking for by providing technical advice to them for their specific application
Good communication skills required for in person, telephone or email conversations with customers and vendors
Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns in a timely manner.
Communicate accurate information from vendors relating to shipment dates and expected date of delivery for customer orders or quotes
Follow Quality Management System and communicate to management any enhancements or process changes to improve the customer experience
Process orders from the quote stage, order entry, picking the order and contacting the customer for pickup or shipment
Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks accurately
Ability to work with minimal supervision and multitask
