In preparation for New Model launch, we are currently looking for individuals to fill the vacant positions of:
Production Team Leader
(Afternoon or Night Shift)
Position Overview
- Reports to the Manager - Production
- Promote, monitor and enforce safe and clean work environments
- Promote, monitor and enforce 5S principles
- Coordinate training, evaluations and work assignments in Production
- Promote and enhance excellent teamwork and working relations with staff
- Generate, promote and manage continuous improvement
- This is a salary position compensated at $71,359 annually
Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Positive attitude
- Good attendance
- Computer literacy with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience (automotive preferred)
- Post-secondary education preferred
