MBC is looking for an experienced Logging Foreman to join our team based out of Hinton, Alberta.
We are seeking a motivated leader with strong communication, organization, and field experience to oversee daily logging operations and keep production running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily logging operations
- Lead and support crew members in the field
- Ensure safety procedures and company standards are followed
- Coordinate equipment, trucking, and production schedules
- Monitor productivity and job site performance
- Maintain strong communication with management and crews
Requirements
- Previous logging/forestry experience required
- Leadership or foreman experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
- Valid driver’s license required
