Job Summary
Join our team to assist in managing processes and meeting production goals. Your daily duties will include loading/unloading machines, housekeeping, and utilizing measuring instruments. You must have strong attention to detail, the ability to read blueprint drawings, and previous experience with CNC machines. We are looking for a reliable operator who can communicate effectively during shift handovers and work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Accountabilities:
- Load/unload machines while focusing on correct fixturing procedures
- Develop knowledge of our current processes and procedures
- Learn how to use required gauges and measuring instruments accurately
- Running equipment at maximum capacity, managing processes, and meeting production goals
- Complying with all Quality and Safety principles and procedures
- Housekeeping and cleanliness of work areas
- Must be willing to accept any necessary training to fulfill work duties
- Any other duties as directed by the supervisor
Qualifications:
- Ability to read blueprint drawings
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Strong attention to detail
- A continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to effectively communicate shifts through logbooks and daily handover meetings
- Previous experience with CNC machines is a plus
Shift: We currently have a few different shifts available.
- Morning shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm | Monday - Friday
- Afternoon shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm | Monday - Friday
- Overnight shift: 10:00pm - 6:30am | Monday - Friday ( Our highest need )
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.50-$25.00 per hour
