Casman Building Solutions, a division of the Casman Group, is currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator to support our growing team in Fort McMurray. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.
The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting construction operations and project teams through a variety of administrative responbilities.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and work well with a wide variety of personalities in a team-focused environment.
Experience & Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Previous construction administration experience is considered an asset
- Valid driver’s license with 6 or fewer demerits and no major infractions is considered advantageous
