Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Gelato & Coffee Shop Server to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in food service or restaurant facility and a passion for hospitality.
NO SEASONAL
This role involves overseeing daily operations, , ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests. Previous experience with POS systems such as Micros POS, barista skills, and restaurant or hotel experience are highly desirable.
Requirements
- Experience operating POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of food handling regulations and safety standards
- Previous barista experience is a plus
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Pay: $17.60-$18.50 per hour + tips average 4/7 $ hours
Expected hours: 24– 40 per week
