We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our pharmacy retail team as a Part-Time Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating the cash register, and supporting Retail operations of the pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with purchases and inquiries
- Accurately process transactions (cash, debit, credit) using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Handle customer returns and exchanges following company policies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional checkout area
- Restock shelves, maintain front-end displays, and assist with merchandising
- Respond to customer inquiries or refer to appropriate pharmacy staff when needed
- Monitor inventory levels and inform management of low-stock items
- Follow all privacy, safety, security, and operational procedures
- Assist in opening and closing duties as required
- Work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or cashier experience is an asset-minimum 1 year
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in handling transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first attitude
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends

- High school diploma
Work Hours:
- Part-time hours,
- Must be available for evening and/or weekend shifts
- Position is for 1 weekend day and 1 weeknight per week- Sunday & Monday
- The schedule is posted 4 months in advance
