The Site Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day execution of projects in the field. Working closely with the Project Manager, you'll lead crews, coordinate equipment and subcontractors, maintain a safe work environment, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to Branco's quality standards.
At Branco, you'll have the opportunity to lead complex specialty construction projects across Atlantic Canada, including:
- Selective and structural demolition
- Hazardous materials abatement (asbestos, lead, mould, and other hazardous materials)
- Environmental remediation
- Heavy concrete cutting, coring, and removal

Every project is different, providing opportunities to solve unique challenges, work with specialized equipment, and lead skilled crews on some of the region's most demanding projects.
- Lead daily field operations from mobilization through project completion.
- Supervise field crews, operators, labourers, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate daily work plans with the Project Manager.
- Plan labour, equipment, materials, and site logistics.
- Monitor productivity, project progress, quality, and safety performance.
- Lead daily toolbox talks, field hazard assessments, and site inspections.
- Ensure compliance with Branco's Health & Safety Program, client requirements, and all applicable regulations.
- Coordinate demolition sequencing, hazardous materials abatement, environmental remediation, and concrete cutting activities.
- Ensure proper containment, waste handling, transportation, and disposal procedures are followed.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Complete daily reports, timesheets, equipment logs, and project documentation.
- Identify field issues, develop practical solutions, and communicate progress with the Project Manager.
- Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, inspectors, and subcontractors.
Coach, mentor, and develop field employees while promoting Branco's culture and values.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in demolition, hazardous material abatement, environmental, concrete cutting, industrial, or heavy construction.
- Experience leading field crews.
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout Atlantic Canada.
