Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Junior Drafter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting and design, utilizing various software's such as Revit & Rendering software's to create detailed schematics and plans for construction projects. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and architects.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed drawings and specifications using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and D5 Render
- Collaborate with project teams to understand design requirements and ensure accuracy in all drafted materials.
- Communicate with various municipalities
- Prepare schematics for various construction components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Revise designs based on feedback from engineers or clients, maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and presentations as needed.
- Maintain organized records of all drafts and revisions for future reference.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, and D5 Render.
- Strong understanding of drafting principles and construction processes.
- Experience with creating schematics and detailed drawings is preferred.
- Familiarity with 2D animation techniques is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
