Kitchen Service Staff are essential in setting up and managing all hot and cold buffets, juice machines, and coffee stations in the dining areas. They help with washing and putting away dishes, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, taking out the trash, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing workstations to keep the kitchen and dining halls clean and organized. Shifts will vary throughout the week, typically ranging from early mornings to evenings (like 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM, 6:00am – 10:30am/4pm – 7:30pm). They will also be required to work all three Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner shifts one day a week.
