Job Description:
Heal Autobody is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician Helper to join our team. This is a part-time position with the potential to become full-time for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Assist technicians with auto body repairs and paint preparation
Sanding, masking, and basic prep work
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow instructions carefully and complete tasks to a high standard
Support daily shop operations as needed
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of auto body work or automotive painting
Strong attention to detail and a perfectionist mindset
Patience and willingness to learn
Ability to follow instructions accurately
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay:
$16–$18 per hour, depending on experience
Higher pay may be offered to candidates who have their own tools
Schedule:
Part-time (with potential to transition to full-time)
