GAO Research Inc. is seeking highly motivated and talented Chinese-speaking students or recent graduates located in Canada to join our Software Development team as virtual interns. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software development projects, coding, testing, debugging, and collaborating on real-world technology solutions.

Designing, testing, and debugging software applications related to GAO Research’s products and platforms.

Contribute to developing new features and enhancing existing functionalities.

Conduct software testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.

Prepare technical documentation and user manuals as needed.

Work with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers and technical support.

Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C/C++, JavaScript, etc.).

Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is required for communication with clients and partners in China.

Knowledge of Chinese business culture and communication styles is a strong asset for this role.

Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
